Sharon trained as a Solicitor in the City of London, and has worked with leading City, West End and regional firms from solicitor to associate to partner.

Sharon advises companies, partnerships and individual business proprietors on all aspects of Company and Commercial law. Her areas of expertise include management buy-outs, mergers, acquisitions and sales of companies and businesses, joint ventures, corporate finance and banking, commercial contracts including distribution, agency and franchising agreements, terms and conditions of business, corporate reorganisations, shareholder agreements and shareholder disputes, corporate recovery, business rescue, reconstruction and advice to directors.

Sharon has also been a member of the Advisory Panel of the Institute of Directors since 1996, advising its Members on insolvency and commercial matters.

Sharon is passionate about her work, enjoys finding solutions and has a keen eye for detail.

In 2010 Sharon qualified as a Notary Public of England and Wales with a Post Graduate Diploma in Notarial Practice from the University of Cambridge. She has built up a successful notarial practice working out of Edgware, which she carries on alongside her work as a Solicitor.
