Christopher Davis is acknowledged as a leading expert in international due diligence. He is a dual qualified English and New Zealand solicitor with over 30 years’ experience as an in-house and external adviser to companies in the UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

He has conducted due diligence exercises around the world and is author of Due Diligence Law and Practice which is used in over 80 countries. Christopher worked with Robert Windmill in leading the Due Diligence Group at leading City of London law firm, McKenna & Co (now CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP), in the 1980’s.
